What is a Russian Manicure : A Russian manicure, also known as a combi manicure or e-file manicure, is a dry technique that uses a precision electric file (e-file) to meticulously clean and remove dead skin and the cuticle from the nail bed. This dry process provides a clean, polished, and smooth look, making it a longer-lasting manicure compared to traditional water-based methods. Uses BIAB which create a thicker, more durable structure that strengthens natural nails and with Luxury Gel Colour . The treatment takes 2-3 hours. This finish with a relaxing Hand Massage.

Update on our TEMPORARY closure:

All upcoming appointments are still being cancelled. Unfortunately we are temporarily closed due to issues with the Jeweller who we rent our space with so we decided to leave. We are working very hard to restore the lease next door or hopefully the current lease and then we will be able to open for good. Our phone lines are still active and any queries will be answered ASAP. Thank you for your patience in this difficult time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We will let everyone know as soon as we are open again.

UPDATE:

Just a little update for you all regarding us being closed. Unfortunately it will be for another week as we are having problems with our electricity. For the safety of our patients we have been advised to close next week also. Anyone who has appointments for next week is being contacted. When we are back open everyone who had appointments with us from this week and next week will be called back to get your appointments booked back in. If you do need to get in contact with us:

Just to let you all know we will be closed for the rest of this week. We are having issues regarding our premises. If you have appointments booked in for this week we are getting around to everyone about cancelling, just bear with us. We do still have access to the phone and emails so if you need to get into contact with us at all please feel free. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have had quite a few people either missing there appointments or being too late for there appointments.

If you are running late or having trouble finding us then PLEASE give us a call and let us know ASAP.

If you are any later than 10 minutes for your appointment then we will NOT be able to see you and you will be charged.

We run a very busy clinic so appointments are hard to get and we cannot accept lateness due to other patients also having appointments that they turn up on time for.

People have said they aren’t able to find us but I have attached pictures from before which shows where we are located.

We also come up on Google so you are able to put our address in onto your phone maps.

Cancellation policy:

We have unfortunately had a few people not turning up for there appointments. We just wanted to remind everyone that our cancellation policy is at least 48 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you fail to turn up for your appointment without any notice or reason then you will need to pay in advance for any future appointments.

We do also have this cancellation notice stated on the bottom of our appointment cards so everyone is aware.
