Today we recognise our 42nd Anniversary since we opened our first office on St. Albans Road, Watford. Although the funeral profession may have changed in that time, (for more details see this month's blog post) our commitment to serving our local community with Dignity & Respect has remained constant.

Today we remember all those who lost their lives as a result of the atrocious terrorism acts of September 11th, 2021.
Our thoughts go to the families left behind, who each year remember their loved one who was just going about their daily lives.
We stand in solidarity with our colleagues and friends across the United States.

On Saturday afternoon, The St. Stephens Gardening Club held their Annual Show at Greenwood Park, Chiswell Green. For many years M. K. Ginder & Sons Funeral Directors has been proud to sponsor the event. This year saw three times as many entrants and a large number of newcomers and first time attendees. Our Managing Director, Adam K Ginder attended the event and presented prizes and trophies to the winners.
We are always delighted to support events such as this, which bring together those with a common interest and desire to celebrate what is great about our local community.

Today we remember all those who sacrificed their lives so we may live ours, on this the 80th Anniversary of VJ Day, marking the end of the Second World War.
Whilst peace was secured in Europe, troops were still fighting in the Far East, which ended with the surrender of the Japanese 80 years ago today.
At M. K. Ginder & Sons Funeral Directors we are privileged to work with Veterans and Reservists as we care for our local community and support our armed forces.

Established in 1983, M. K. Ginder and Sons are the only privately owned and family run firm of funeral directors in the Watford area. Over the years our commitment to the local community has built our reputation for personal service and attention to detail with regards to the care of the deceased.
For the convenience of the families we serve, our funeral arranging offices are situated in North Watford, Bricket Wood, Bushey, West Watford, South Oxhey and Abbots Langley.
