🚨 Back pain is common NOT normal…

6 habits for a healthier, happier spine 👇🏽

1️⃣ Walk more steps daily 🚶‍♀️
Your body was designed to move, daily movement keeps your spine happy. The aim is 8-10K steps per day. Make sure you track this.

2️⃣ Drink enough water 💧
Your spinal discs need hydration to stay healthy and supported. Water comes from what we drink and what we eat (more on that later).

3️⃣ Strength train regularly 💪🏽
Research shows strength training can help reduce back pain and improve spinal support. It is also a leading determining factor for how well our body copes as we age.

4️⃣ Eat a healthy diet 🍓
Less processed food + more nutrients = less inflammation in the body. You want to eat a rainbow and of course plenty of fruits and veggies helps increase your water content too.

5️⃣ Get adjusted regularly 👐🏽
Regular chiropractic care helps keep your spine functioning at its best! This one is so often overlooked but is the difference between your body firing on all cylinders or just getting by.

6️⃣ Prioritise sleep 😴
Your body and spine recover while you sleep. This is when our body repairs so get at least 7-8 hours each night.
