Gladwell Massage I specialise in holistically treating people with chronic pain or those in need of relaxation. I've This is my credo.

Having learnt many different techniques over the years, my massages are a fusion of many of them. So a typical session would involve some deep tissue work, trigger pt, Thai stretches, reflexology, cranial sacral work, muscle energy techniques and so forth. Whatever I feel is needed to help deal with any specific issues, I have a huge arsenal of fantastic proven and effective tools on hand. Of cour

se if you are a purist you may request a Thai or some reflexology or you can simply go for a relaxing massage. I have been massaging since 1997 and have many genuine testimonials which you can check out by going on my website www.gladwellmassage.com. My treatments are holistic which means that apart form the massage, I do muscle tests, postural assessments and give advice on how you can empower yourself to help yourself either through exercise, diet, supplements,lifestyle etc

I am passionate about what I do, I always give a 100% and I strive to excel. If I am unable to help someone, I do not accept any payments from them.

Doing what we do best and what we all need at the Mind Body and Spirit festival at Olympia London. This is probably the first Wellness festival that has been running for nearly 50 years. This is where you meet some great people and find some interesting products, workshops and lectures. We treat holistically not just the body but the mind and the soul. Usually Lila my daughter is there with me but she just had a baby so Iveta my student, took her place . Without boasting many people said it was the best massage they ever got. Hopefully m see you next year and thank you to all of you who remembered us and searched us out even though for various reasons we were not listed in the program or the floor plan.💆🏻‍♂️💆🏻‍♀️💆🏽💆‍♀️🙏🏻🧘‍♀️
