Food is my FAVOURITE thing about Christmas!!
The dinner! The roast potatoes, roast parsnips, Yorkshire puddings, the sprouts! Cheese and biscuits, chocolates, trifle, mine pies and tarts!!
However, one year I learned the hard way about overeating and had to go to bed in discomfort after eating three full platefuls of Christmas dinner and then pudding.
This year as always I will be eating what I want, when I want without feeling guilty.
However, I will be listening to my body and stopping eating when I am starting to feel full....there's always another day to eat more!
