Food is my FAVOURITE thing about Christmas!!

The dinner! The roast potatoes, roast parsnips, Yorkshire puddings, the sprouts! Cheese and biscuits, chocolates, trifle, mine pies and tarts!!

However, one year I learned the hard way about overeating and had to go to bed in discomfort after eating three full platefuls of Christmas dinner and then pudding.

This year as always I will be eating what I want, when I want without feeling guilty.

However, I will be listening to my body and stopping eating when I am starting to feel full....there's always another day to eat more!

Returning to the gym after having Lucas to me meant two things...

1. Getting back my pre baby strength and fitness
2.Getting back to me! Finding myself and gaining confidence again by pushing the boundaries of what I'm capable of.
