I am passionate about this!

I want people to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible.

You don't have to suffer

You don't have to be on medication

Exercise is medicine

It doesn't have to be grueling

It doesn't have to take over your life

But the right programming can improve long-term health conditions

Especially when paired with the right nutrition.

You will have to commit to change some habits

But don't you think it's worth it?

Who wants to increase their frequency of trips to the doctor as they get older? Not me.

Replace that with a few walks in the fresh air, a few outdoor swim sessions, completing a 5k you never thought possible or doing your first back squat at 60 years old

Doesn't that sound more appealing?

Training when time poor last week:

Monday - CrossFit squat cleans 5x5 

Wod barbell of the devil 3/6/9/12 deadlift, squat clean, push jerk, single arm devil press. Was tough. Loved it.

Yoga for upper back

Tuesday 

Heel raised squats 4x12
Adductor/abductor machine 4x12 on each 
Weighted side lunges 4 x 12 each side 2 on knees 2 standing 
Assisted pull ups assisted dips 
Leg press narrow leg 

Wednesday  - CrossFit class 

Back squat 5x5 

Wod with front rack lunges, Burpees over the bar and kipping pull ups. Should have gone heavier on the lunge

Thursday 
Rest 

Friday 

Super fast upper body
DB Bench press 4 x 12
DB reverse flys 4 x 12
DB bicep curls 4 x 12
Cable row 4 x 12 

Sat 
Rest

Sun 
Yoga
