📍Envy Beauty Hub,Hillier House,Watton IP25 6JX I have a passion for empowering women and supporting their wellbeing throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period. Being a student midwife through covid and now having worked as a midwife for over 3 years, I have seen the impact that the reduction in antenatal services and the pressures faced by standard midwifery care, are still having on women. I also have a huge interest in self-care and health and well-being. Therefore, I have decided to create a service where I can truly connect with women and their pregnancies, giving them time, knowledge and positive energy to truly feel nurtured and looked after. I’m also a lover of a kitchen boogie, a good page-turner, napoli pizza and exploring with my partner Blake and our wire-haired dachshund Olive.

Heres a few tips to get the MOST out of your massage!

1. Plan your massage on a day when you have little else to do! Going for a massage and then having a busy afternoon wont allow you to receive the benefits of relaxation! 🗓️
2. Arrive early- Give yourself time to relax instead of rushing in stressed! 😌
3. Wear comfy clothes- Putting on comfy leggings or trackies after a massage makes you feel so much cosier! 🧦
4. Communicate with me- let me know about areas of tension/pain and your pressure preference too! 🗣️
5. If you are happy not wearing much make up then dont! You’re more than likely to loose some on the towels! 💄
6. Come with dirty hair- its bound to get oil in it anyway! 👱🏼‍♀️
7. Set intention for your massage- do you want to feel relaxed? Uplifted? Ease pain? 💆🏻‍♀️
8. Keep hydrated- drink plenty for the rest of the day to allow your body to flush out all the toxins
