Here is information on making a protective protection bottle .

Salt
Sea salt, black salt, or regular salt
Protection, grounding, barrier

Iron or Metal
Rusty nail, screw, safety pin
Warding, strength, boundary enforcement

Herbs (dry is best)
Choose based on tone:
Rosemary for general protection, clarity
Bay leaf for authority, warding
Sage for cleansing, removal
Basil for protection from ill intent
Thyme for courage, resilience
Lavender for calm protection (softens harsh energy)

Black Pepper or Chili Flakes
Which Repels hostile influence, “do not approach”

Garlic Skin or Clove which Traditional ward against intrusion

Thorns, Rose Stem, or Briar
For Boundary: “come no closer”

Ash (from paper, incense, or wood)
For Endings, banishment, transformation

Personal Anchor (important)

Use one:
A strand of hair
A small scrap of handwriting
A drop of saliva (symbolic ownership, optional)

This ties the bottle to you, not fear.

Vinegar for souring harmful intent
Moon water for calm, watchful protection
Plain water for neutral boundary

When you seal it say this
I am warded.
I am closed to harm.

Hydrated fascia behaves very differently, down to the cellular level.
