‘You used to say, that there will come a day, when I’m grown up, and won’t need you so much. And whilst it’s true, that I’m grown up, you couldn’t have been more wrong, to think my need for you would be gone. After all these years, I still need you as much as ever. There is no job too big, you couldn’t fix. And no problem, that you couldn’t make better. I used to look up at you, with your arm around me. Taller I may be, but you’re still my hero; that could never change with time. No matter what life has in store, good or not so good, there will never be a day that I don’t need you Dad. Fifteen years today 🙏🏼 you had to say goodbye. Forever though, in my heart. xx

A lovely start to a few days away in Jersey.. We have visited before. Stayed with friends who live on the Island initially, now moved into our hotel close by for a little pause ourselves before hooking up with them again tomorrow. Beautiful beaches 😉

There will be ‘yoga in the park’ this Saturday morning 12th July from 8am-8.45am by the beautiful Loch Neaton, for those of you local.

Turn up with your mat for an energising summer practice to set you up for the rest of your day!

Please dm me for any questions, have nothing to eat beforehand & either consult a GP or be in touch for any contra-indications or concerns.

Thank you all 🙏🏼 for joining me on this wonderful day to celebrate the summer solstice with our mini retreat.

Your presence made it a truly special day. We enjoyed mindful movement, shared connections & peaceful moments.

It was such a pleasure to be with you all in beautiful surroundings. I’m grateful for your enthusiasm and positive energy.

Hello Everyone, Namaste 🙏🏼

A little note for you to look out for: ‘Yoga in the Park’ beside the beautiful Loch Neaton (for those of you local to me) will be returning from next month on Saturday mornings from 8am-8.45pm.

Turn up with your mat and your intentions for a bright and early start to set you up for the rest of your weekend!

The sessions are suitable for all. Please check with your GP or me if you are unsure regarding any contra-indications.

I will post out with further details nearer the time.
