Sparkle season is here, and I don’t know about you but having the confidence to get dressed up for a night out has always been something that I wouldn't have enjoyed ✨. Now I’ve reached my own weight loss dreams, I love nothing more than putting on a sparkly gown and my favourite lippy/feeling dapper in a tailored jacket and showing off my confidence! Losing weight not only changes the number on the scales, but also how you feel about yourself too – here’s to celebrating you... ❤️.
