On the back of our last post, we want to say the biggest welcome to our newest team member Aria! Having jumped in the deep end taking over Emma’s busy list, she has been amazing, and we are so excited to have her as part of our dream team!

We recently had to say a bittersweet goodbye to our incredible sports and exercise therapist Emma. We are so sad to see her go, but equally excited for her future as she heads off to complete an MSc in Physiotherapy. Join us in wishing Emma the best - we know she will be an incredible Physio.

We had a lovely leaving party - we thought a Photo booth would be a great way to get a last team photo - shame Emma hardly managed to get in them! Emma we miss you! ❤️

2 weeks until the big day! Even our doggy clients are getting ready for Christmas now - Rosa was looking adorable for her massage appointment in her festive collar today. We have just a handful of appointments left at the centre before Christmas now for sports massages (people!):
