Your midweek melt into rest, restore & renew 🌿

If your weeks feel busy…
If your body feels tired…
If your mind just won’t switch off…

This is your space to pause. To soften. To unwind. To gently melt out of the noise of the week and back into yourself.

Each Wednesday evening, you’ll be guided through a beautiful rotation of sessions including Gentle Flow & Stretch, Sound Journey & Deep Rest, Nervous System Reset, Yoga 🧘‍♂️ & T’ai Chi Fusion, and Breathe & Unwind all designed to support your body and calm your mind.

And yes… “Laugh and Let Go” yoga is part of the magic too, bringing lightness, connection, and a little joy into your week.

There are moments of laughter, softness and genuine connection woven throughout because this isn’t about doing it “right”… it’s about how you feel when you leave.

Sometimes the first step isn’t having the answer. It’s simply noticing that something feels off and giving yourself permission to pause.

You don’t need perfect words to begin. Just willingness to listen a little more closely to yourself.

A soulful space to rest, restore, heal, and remember yourself.

This deeply nourishing experience blends restorative healing yoga, Tai Chi fusion, laughter yoga, energy healing, guided visualisation, a sound healing journey, reflective practices, and hand massage.

Designed for those who may be navigating trauma, disability, burnout, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, or reduced mobility, this is a gentle and inclusive space where there is no pressure to perform only an invitation to soften, breathe, receive, and be held.

Led by a fully qualified trauma-informed practitioner with both lived experience and professional insight, this session offers more than rest. It offers a meaningful pause for healing, self-inquiry, empowerment, and reconnection.

You will leave with simple practices and reflections you can return to beyond the space tools to support grounding, confidence, self-expression, and speaking your truth as well as a renewed sense of self and a deeply held experience to carry forward on your journey.

A beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom, honour where you are, and move forward with greater gentleness, clarity, and courage.

Because your nervous system doesn’t just respond to what’s happening now. It responds to what it has learned to expect.

Stress, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion can stay in the body long after the moment has passed.

That’s why nervous system support matters. Through trauma-informed wellbeing, breath, movement and restorative practices, we can help the body feel safe again.

No pushing. No pressure. No assumption that one method works for everyone.

A trauma-informed approach recognises that the body carries experiences, and support needs to feel safe enough to land.

This matters deeply in all the work I do.
