So whats happening at RIPPED FITNESS WEDNESBURY
Our classes are running as usual but in the school holidays we will be having kids classes too where the children can train with our instructor moms and dads can either join in or go have a workout or simply watch
Starting end of feb we will be running outdoor bootcamps saturday mornings suitable for all levels 💪
We have made some major changes to the equipment on the first floor with new leg and glute training equipment and a floorwork area the equipment we have chosen is particularly back and knee friendly to suit all age or ability groups

New things are coming to Ripped fitness upstairs we have classes new easy to use machines including pegged leg presses squat presses b***y machines we are now running classes including b***y blast , legs bums and tums and circuits female instructor Boot camps are coming on a saturday outside were running childrens classes in the school holidays with our qualified childrens instructor so parents can train ladies changing room upstairs
Free 30 min sunbeds with every membership nutrition advice by myself pt sessions available
Downstairs we have the free weights and more hardcore machines for the more advanced
