I’ve had 6 customers not turn up this week. I don’t want to have to start charging deposits but I’m a small business and this is half a days work! It’s time I could have been seeing other customers or even precious time I could have spent with my family. Thank you to all my customers who continue to support me 👂👂

I am in clinic today and so far have seen 5 clients. 3 of those clients have had earwax’s removal elsewhere and have had problems such as infection, bleeding ear’s, pain and have generally experienced bad practice.
There are plenty of ear wax removal providers out there that are brilliant but please, if you book anywhere check that the practitioner removing your wax has appropriate qualifications, training and insurance. Your ears are so important and need to be looked after properly! Please be assured that at Ear to ear we have up to date training, insurance and are registered with CQC 👂👂👂
