Starting my journey on the 12th of January 2022 after a promise to my nan on our final goodbye before she passed away, that I would lose weight and gain an healthier & fitter lifestyle for my children. Since January 2022 I've lost 4 stone 8lbs in weight while still eating & enjoying many different types of food. As well as becoming a consultant I'm still currently still on my way to that final destination of target with a 6 stone lost in total.
