Finally we celebrated Sheryl who achieved her 5 stone award and also reached her dream target weight 😍

We celebrated 2 members achieving their 1.5 stone awards as well as 3 slimmer of the week and 3 slimmers of the month 🥰

We had an arming night in group last night.

As a group we lost 43lb 🥰

We celebrated some members losing a fabulous 5lb, 6lb and 8.5lb by making some fantastic changes during the week, with lots of talk around mindset changes and focusing near to 💯% food optimising and using a food diary to help keep on track 🥰
