Trek training is officially underway… and I’ve got my little sidekick keeping me on track 🐾

In June I’m taking on a 29km trek in the Lake District for . It’s something really close to my heart. I see what my nan deals with every day, and it’s not easy.

Am I stupid… or am I actually going to pull this off?! I’m giving it a bloody good go for my lovely Nan, , who deals with the daily reality of Parkinson’s.

“It’s only” a 29km trek… I can do that, right? 😅
On 6th June I’ll be taking on the Lake District to raise money for .

They support people at every stage of their Parkinson’s journey, campaign for better health and care and fund vital research into new treatments. I see first-hand how much this matters.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. Life’s been full on with family bits, business stuff and a diary that’s filling up fast in the run up to Christmas.

If you’re after a little pamper before the madness kicks in, I’ve got a couple of small gaps next week. The Black Friday offers are still live too and I’ve got a few model slots left for the choco orange treatment.

After a packed week of treatments, I’m finally parked on the sofa with Ruby, a festive tea and a cheesy Christmas film. Exactly what I needed.

Sometimes you’ve just got to disappear for a minute and breathe. 🎄💛
