Sorry for the quietness…

It’s been a busy time over here the last month or so.
We went on our first family holiday☀️🏖️
I celebrated my hen do🤍🥂🪩
It was my birthday 🎂 🎈

Andddd on Monday I start my new job as a maternity care assistant - I cannot wait🥹

We will be conducting an infant feeding survey where we will ask mothers with new babies:

➡️ how they feed their babies
➡️ where they get advice on feeding
➡️ questions on their pregnancy and lifestyle

What is Hypnobirthing?

It’s hard to find one single sentences that sums up hypnobirthing as it has so many parts to it.

I feel birth for a lot of people is something they fear and think is going to be scary and painful - it doesn’t have to be!

In a nutshell, Hypnobirthing is all about educating and informing, to help change your mindset towards birth and make you feel prepared and positive! Here are just a few of the things you’ll learn to help make that happen🤍
