As some of you might be aware I left the NHS in December to concentrate on YoungandBeautiful Aesthetics instead. It’s been almost 8 months since I left and I have to say I do still miss it 🥲

When you work in the NHS you become part of a family and the rewarding feeling you get when you make a difference to a patient’s life is unbelievable. I love my YoungandBeautiful family so much and I wouldn’t swap it for the NHS now however I still have that overwhelming urge to help people (It’s the nurse in me).

So a few weeks ago I spotted this advert on a local page and decided to apply to be a volunteer for community companions. I did my first visit today and loved it! I get to make a difference to someone’s life without the stresses of the NHS.

So if you have a couple of hours spare each week or even every other week and you’d like to make a difference to someone’s life please give them a call/message. They are always looking for volunteers and it’s nice to give something back to the community we live in ❤️
