Young and Beautiful Aesthetics is run by registered nurses Kate Young and Melanie Taylor and is currently going into its 4th year. Clinics are held in Rushtan salon in Rushden and Sooyoga in Northampton. Young & Beautiful Aesthetics offer a wide range of advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments and an ever growing range of skin services including 3D Hydr02 Facial, pHformula skin resurfacing, Easy TCA and Neostrata chemical/glycolic peels, and microneedling with our Growth factor Facial. Young & Beautiful Aesthetics also have a 3D Lipo body machine for cryolipolysis (fat freezing) and cavitation (instant inch loss), and offer IM and IV Vitamin drips and injections.
Kate qualified in adult nursing at Leicester Demontford University in 2003. After 5 years on a GI surgery ward Kate travelled to and worked as a nurse in Australia for a year, on her return she began working as a homecare nurse which she has done for the past 10 years, treating patients with rare genetic conditions in their own homes. She also runs a migraine clinic in the NHS.
Melanie qualified in adult nursing at the University of Northampton in 2004 and started her career working as a staff nurse on the head and neck ward, followed by gynaecology and day surgery and recovery, she then went on to become an anticoagulant nurse. In 2016 she returned to the University of Northampton to become an Independent Nurse Prescriber. She currently does ad hoc shifts in the anticoagulant department and is about to start working temporarily as a clinical contact tracer to help in the fight against COVID-19.
Kate and Melanie became friends working on the wards together and lost touch for a number of years before they discovered their shared passion of aesthetics, and Young and Beautiful Aesthetics was born. They have both completed further training in foundation and advanced injectables enabling them to practice at an extremely high standard.
