Wednesday (my favourite day) legs & bums

After a 5 min mobilisation and warm up we activated those glutes with a b***y band board 🍑 😍

Then after a break & drink moved onto a circuit- mainly single leg exercises nice & slow & low with weights 😁🫶

Our September 28 day kickstart is now in full swing but I’ve already opened bookings for our October group so get in touch if you’d like to join us 😉
