Our ladies kicked off the week strong with a sweaty Core & Cardio session — and what a way to set the tone!

There’s something powerful about showing up on a Monday. It’s not just another workout… it’s a message to yourself:

Boooo 👎🏼 Let’s be real, everyone likes a couple of vinos now and then.. so to completely cut it out is unrealistic 🍾

However just be mindful of the implications.. having fun is top priority, but if you can, just cut out the weekday tipple to give your body the best chance to hit those goals!

We do offer a 28 day transformation programme for all ladies over the age of 30yrs, which includes nutrition advice!
