Learn to release tension and stress and to be more “Tuned In “ to the moment, whilst gaining strenth and flexibility at with this ancient practice uniting body and mind :)
Beginners, intermediate level practitioners and all ages (except under 16’s) are welcome :)
Please bring a mat and a blanket, but if you dont have one, mats will be provided.
Please DO NOT EAT for at least two hours before any Yoga class-or you WILL get indigestion!
Please come to class 10 mins early and inform me of any known injuries or medical conditions before we start.
