Foot reflexology:

Reflexology has been found to help in: pain management, stress, energy levels, balance hormones and more.

A session of foot reflexology cost £35 per 45 minutes treatment. For the first session you will need to allocate up to 30 minutes extra for an initial consultation. After each treatment you will receive an after care advice. Reflexology is a very personalized treatment.

Thermal Auricular Therapy:

This treatment calms the mind and soothes the head and ears using ear candles. The Hopi Candles are made from pure beeswax, honey extract and traditional herbs and essential oils. The session consists in:

-25 minutes foot reflexology

-20 minutes ear candling

-15 minutes facial reflexology, including sinus draining massage applied to the face.
