My approach:
The total treatment time lasts for 60 minutes, and at your first visit, the first 15 minutes will be a consultation during which I collect information from you about your lifestyle, occupation, medical history and body assessment. This will help me tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs, as I am aware that each of us is a unique being and so I bring an individual approach to each and every client. At the end of your appointment, I will also give you after-care tips for you to follow at home.
