If you're just coming for a stretch you are completely missing the point.
The stretching and strengthening is conditioning the body to bring it into stillness for the practicing of meditation comfortably.
The asana is merely 1 of the 8 limbs.

Hi all I've rebranded for a couple of reasons.
To keep the name shorter and easier for people to remember and find when searching for me.
But also to bring all my wellness offerings all under the same title.
Massage therapy, yoga teachings and my retreats and adventure trips.
The trips and events are something I will be offering more of in the future.

Next year's Hiking & Yoga adventure is now fully booked so thanks everyone looking forward to guiding you into remote mountains and beautiful nature.

Retreat into nature for a week in the Turkish mountains. Guided mountain hikes into lovely remote areas on the Lycian Way & yoga classes with mountains in view. Fantastic Turkish cuisine and relaxing accommodation with pool. Massage & hammam trip. Even paragliding opportunities. Swimming in the sea and remote beach. Only £750 sharing with one other or £1000 single occupancy. Only 3 spaces now available April 28th - May 5th 2026. This really is a great trip for the price.

Join our friendly yoga class in Irchester on a Thursday evening. 7pm -815pm. £8 pay as you go.
No ego in class yoga isn't a competition in flexibility. It's an inward journey of self discovery working on movement and breathing. Relaxation and meditation. Everyone is welcome.
