🌞 Heatwave Alert: Watch for Signs of Dehydration! 💧

Hot weather can be dangerous, especially for older adults. Look out for:

Dry mouth
Dizziness or confusion
Fatigue
Dark urine or less frequent urination
✅ Keep cool, drink water or diluted lemonade, and avoid caffeine.
👀 Check in on loved ones regularly.

We were deeply saddened to learn recently of the passing of one of our much-loved clients. It is always such a privilege to care for clients in their own home. It was incredibly thoughtful of the family to share just how much our service meant to them. We're very grateful for their kind words. A huge thankful to all our Care Professionals who make such a difference for our clients each and everyday. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with all his family and friends. ❤️
