After receiving a phone call earlier today following a 'No Show' and the client saying that didn't know about Fountains cancellation/no show policy we would like to remind everyone that the policy is on email confirmations when you book appointments, it is also stated on the reschedules, cancellations and no show emails.
The emails state 48 hours notice but we do accept cancellations up to 24 hours before without charge.
The contact/enquiry form on the website also states the 24 hour cancellation policy.
If we are not informed of a cancellation and we have a 'no show' we will charge 50% towards the cost of the appointment as we cannot fill a slot at such short notice.
We do understand family emergencies, accidents and traffic hold ups all cause issues and we do accommodate these instances at the individual therapist's discretion.
