Many of you may know Nicola, and the amount of her free time she gives to Dukes and our residents to enable us to continue our trips out to dementia choir, walks to the park and the shops, as well as helping with activities within the home.

Today Nicola turns 50 years young 🎈 and we threw her a little party 🎈 to celebrate and as a big thank you for all you do for us and our residents. 🎈

We even enjoyed cake at 10.30 this morning.

Michelle is taking on this daring feat to raise money and awareness for International Animal Rescue, a charity dedicated to protecting animals in need across the globe. 🐒

Springwood Corner Care Home - Avery Collection, a brand-new 62-bed care home in Gravesend, celebrated its grand opening on Thursday 11th September 2025 with a fun 1940s-themed event 🕺💃.

Over 200 guests, including Avery Healthcare executives, local residents, and community leaders, joined the celebration, featuring a plaque unveiling by Mayor Jenny Wallis, a red-carpet welcome, canapés, prosecco, live entertainment, and even a stilt walker! ✨
