Launch of the ICS Co-Production Framework – It’s all about people!

Here in Lincolnshire, we’re transforming the way health and care are shaped - together. And by “together,” we mean the health, care, and wellbeing workforce working in true partnership with the people of Lincolnshire.

This week marks the launch of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System Co-Production Framework, a practical guide to embedding this collaborative way of working across the county.

This framework is built on a simple truth: real change in health and care happens when it’s created with people, not done for them or to them.

It sets out a shared ambition to make co-production part of everyday practice across the Lincolnshire health and care system.
