Exciting Announcement: Ruxstons Own Pasta range coming soon!
Gabriel visited the Mainardi family and their organic pasta company in the hills around Alba, Italy, last week, a region famous for its truffles, hazelnuts and long history of artisan, small-scale food production. The Mainardi family has been farming organically here since the 1980's, long before it was fashionable.
The business is now run by three siblings, Luisa, Marco and Laura, who have kept the artisan, hands-on approach while letting modern machinery take care of the repetitive bits.
From January we will bring their new organic pastas and organic gluten-free pastas into Ruxstons. From the Organic Egg Pappardelle to the Gluten-Free Buckwheat Fussili, the Gluten-Free Oat Pasta is also particularly exciting. it’s a big step forward for our pasta range, and we can’t wait for you to try them.
