🌟You’re warmly invited to gather with a community of like-minded souls for this fun, interactive drum circle workshop, inspired by the ancient shamanic traditions of our land and ancestors.

🌟Each workshop is guided by a seasonal theme. Through rhythm, intention, and guided exploration, we work with specific elements, plant wisdom, or animal energy, helping you deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you in a meaningful and embodied way.

🌟This workshop also features our beautiful Ceremonial Moose Drum — a powerful community drum that invites up to six people at a time to drum together. Everyone will have the opportunity to work with her during the session.

🌟Drums and rattles are provided, or feel free to bring your own.
Open to all adults and young adults aged 16+. No experience necessary — all are welcome.
