Good morning everyone and a bright and beautiful New year to you all.

It has been quiet on this page for some time as I've chosen to be there for someone close to me. It can be hard to put yourself first and focus on what you feel is needed.

Sometimes massage feels just like this 🌱 A breath of fresh air, a moment of calm.

I am so pleased to be booking up so quickly. I do have some free appointments in the next couple of weeks though if anyone would like to book in.

Massage has been a big part of my life...

Way before qualifications, as a child I would massage people, especially when I noticed they were feeling down. In 2009 I trained in Swedish massage at a local college. I loved that I was learning more about massage but I felt I wanted a style that dealt with the body more as a whole. In 2012 I trained in lomi lomi under the instruction of a traditional Hawaiian teacher, it immediately felt right to me, treating the body as the multi layered being it is and bringing in elements of the natural world too. I felt there was one thing left for me and that was a deep dive into anatomy and physiology so that I can combine my intuition with knowledge.

I recently received my MTI level 4 qualification in anatomy, physiology, pathology and holistic massage from the highly thought of Bristol School of Massage.

My only real tools in this profession are my hands but I feel so lucky to have added more to my toolkit in the way of knowledge so that when you come for a massage you are being cared for on every level.

Cancellation policy~

I'm afraid I have had to review my cancellation policy. I have had quite a few no shows lately and I've been thinking long and hard about if I even want to write this post as my massage is a positive experience but this is just a very professional approach to a tricky situation.

From now on any bookings will incur a £10 booking fee which will be part of the overall booking cost. If you do not show up or give me less than 12 hours notice of cancellation than the full price of the treatment will be payable.

I still have to pay for my room if you don't turn up and its an appointment that could have gone to someone else who could really benefit from my very experienced massage practice.

I hope this new policy means that many more clients respect my time as much as I respect them and their bodies when you come for a treatment.

I do have some availability in the next few weeks so please do send me a message if you would like to book.

Afternoon!

I am now taking bookings on a Monday! I had quite a long waiting list so I've added an extra day 😊

All first time clients are entitled to 25% off your first massage and returning clients will get a loyalty card accumulating in a half price massage.

Do you deserve to relax? Of course you do!

Massage is here to help, it shouldn't just be a luxury but an integral part of keeping ourselves feeling grounded and restored.

Many of us suffer from stress, its hard not to and its not something to feel ashamed of. Massage is an incredible tool to help ease the symptoms caused by stress. Touch directly effects the many sensory nerves within our body which in turn accesses the central nervous system sending signals to the brain where a small dialogue between body and mind takes place. This then starts off a process in the body where eventually the parasympathetic nervous system comes in, a place that encourages rest and digest. Massage is a key to find this place and promote a healthy lifestyle where stress is manageable.

I am a holistic massage therapist with many years experience offering a wide range of techniques to help you. My style is unique in that there are no routines because your body isn't routine, each is different and each requires a different kind of treatment.

☆ Mobile Massage ☆

I am now offering a limited number of mobile massage treatments each month. If getting to the clinic is tricky for you or perhaps you simply feel more comfortable in your own home than give me a text or call to book in.

At this time I only offer my mobile massage to female clients however I am always happy to see male clients from my clinic space.

My half price offer does not cover mobile massage and a travel charge may need to be added if outside of Wellington and the immediate area.
