Hey there yoga and fitness enthusiasts of Taunton! Nourish - hot yoga, fitness and wellness - is ready to open its doors.

We will be opening our beautiful, purpose-built studio on 10th February 2024, with launch classes across the weekend.

So excited to announce some more dates for you in December!!

Friday 8th December: 7-8pm


Sunday 17th December: 10-11am


Class will be more on the chilled nourishing side of things with some guided body relaxation to finish 💫

If you would like to come along and book a place, I will be asking if you could kindly transfer across payment to secure your booking. I do not currently have a booking system on a website so if you email me to confirm you want to come along I can send you details 🙂 Class will be £9 for the hour.

💫 Sunday class 💫

Ah what a wonderful class to start a Sunday with all you lovely ladies! Thank you for all your support 💜 and thank you to for the beautiful space! ⭐️

It’s been almost a year and a half since I took some time away from teaching. Not knowing if I would return of not and these wonderful ladies made me realise how much I’ve missed you all!

I am super excited to let you know I am dipping my toes back into the yoga teaching world!! 🧘‍♀️

I have two classes happening in November and would love to see you whether you have been to class before of mine or would love to come and try it for first time!
