Strength is what holds flexibility.
Strength is what protects your joints.
Strength is what gives you longevity in your practice — on and off the mat.
Historically, flexibility took center stage because it looks impressive. Deep backbends, extreme ranges, the “wow” poses. But without strength, those shapes can become unstable, unsustainable, and even unsafe.
Yoga was never meant to be passive.
It was meant to be embodied, resilient, and powerful.
