Oaktree Court is set in 9 acres against a beautiful backdrop of woodland, this former mansion house is just half a mile from Wellington, a small Somerset town standing between the River Tone and the beautiful Blackdown Hills.

Oaktree Court Care Home we get to witness so many beautiful moments but today was truly special.

We had a singer visit (who doesn’t just sing, but tells stories through every song), and you could feel the room shift. Faces lit up Some residents even sang along to tunes they hadn’t heard in years.

It wasn’t just a performance it was a walk down memory lane. 💭✨
And today,it did just that. So grateful to be part of moments like these. 💛

🐶✨ A Paws-itively Heartwarming Day at Oak Tree Court! ✨🐾

Sundays dog show at Oaktree Court Care Home wasn’t just about wagging tails and adorable tricks it turned into something truly special. 🐕💕

Amid the barks and belly rubs, something magical happened as some friends from the Women's Institute unexpectedly reunited after years apart!

A huge thank you to everyone who made sunday possible the volunteers, dog owners, and staff and of course, our wonderful residents, who remind us every day of the power of connection. 🥰🐾

Today we had the absolute joy of celebrating a very special lady hereOaktree Court Care Home Thelma brought her radiant smile and kind heart to the party, and we made sure she felt every bit as loved and celebrated as she deserves. 🎈💖Thelma has also been a resident at oak tree court for ten years being the longest resident we’re happy and proud to see her here each day 🧡

There was cake (of course 🍰), plenty of laughter, singing from both residents and staff. 🎶✨

Thank you, Thelma, for being such a bright light in our community. Here's to another wonderful year of memories, friendship, and joy! 🥂

This FREE event will have refreshments, a bouncy castle, local vendor stalls, and live music. BUT if you’d like to show off your furry superstar, entry into our doggy classes starts at just £2 🐕✨.

We’ve got pawsome prizes for categories including: Prettiest Bitch, Most Handsome Male, Cutest Puppy, Best Rescue, Musical Sit, Dog with the Most Appealing Eyes, Golden Oldie, Wonderful Crossbreed, Dog Most Like Its Owner, Best Trick, and of course… Best in Show! 🏆

🎶✨ What a beautiful afternoon at Oaktree Court Care Home we had the joy of singing and dancing alongside Raquel & Bob Duo, and wow they brought some truly great songs to life. ❤️🎤

From golden oldies to heartfelt ballads, every tune lit up the room. The smiles, the swaying, even a few tears — music really does bring us all together. 💫There were even a few sweet little moments shared between the singer a laugh here, a knowing glance here and there just the kind of magic that reminds you why we do this. 🎵🌟
