As the new year begins, it’s worth saying this simply:

Not everyone starts January feeling hopeful or motivated — and that’s okay.

There’s no requirement to set goals, make changes, or feel positive. Life doesn’t reset overnight, and neither do we.

If you’re tired, unsure, or just getting through the days, that counts.

At Cornerstone, we’ll continue to offer a steady, compassionate space — without pressure to be anything other than where you are.

CLIENT UPDATE:

To our lovely clients, we wanted to make you aware that access points to our offices will be changing for a few weeks as the building undergoes some renovation, commencing next week.

Client reminders will detail how you should gain entry whilst the works are carried out, but if you have any questions please do speak to your therapist.
