Women’s Wellness Day: Sunday 10th November 9:30-12:30

We’re excited to invite Pulse female members and non-members to a special Women’s Wellness Day.
This unique event, designed for women of all ages, is crafted by Pulse Gym’s female experts and coaches to provide insights and practical techniques for maintaining health and well-being at every stage of life.

Highlights of Women’s Wellness Day:
Our carefully crafted sessions will be hosted by:

Victoria Self – L7 Performance Nutritionist
Catherine Jones – L5 Soft Tissue Therapist
Steph Morland – MSc Physical Activity, Health & Exercise Specialist, with a focus on prenatal and postnatal care

Together, they’ll guide you through workshops covering nutrition, exercise, and massage techniques designed to support women through every phase of life.

Why Women Helping Women Matters
Having women’s health topics addressed by female professionals creates a more comfortable, relatable, and empowering experience. Women face unique health challenges that can be easier to discuss and understand when facilitated by those with shared experiences. In this trusted space, our experts will openly share nutrition, physical movement, and wellness techniques tailored specifically for women, so each participant leaves feeling informed, confident, and motivated.

Event Schedule:
9:15 – Meet and Greet
9:30 – Nutrition Workshop with Victoria Self
Covering aspects of nutrition that support women of all ages, from menstrual health to menopause, Victoria will discuss how the right nutrition can boost energy levels, improve recovery, and reduce inflammation for optimal health.
10:20 – Refreshments
10:35 – Women’s Movement and Training with Steph Moorland
Engage in a practical session focusing on core strength and pelvic floor exercises. Steph will guide you on how to adapt movement and training through all life stages, helping to build confidence and functional strength.
11:25 – Soft Tissue and Massage Therapy with Catherine Jones
Discover the preventive benefits of massage for managing pain, enhancing sports performance, and supporting hormonal health. Catherine will explore specialised techniques, including oncology massage, for holistic health.
12:15 – Q&A and Reflection
Wrap up the day with a Q&A session to reflect on the insights gained and reinforce the importance of supporting women’s health.
