About Holistic Massage

I’m Sarah your iTEC qualified sports massage practitioner. I have a positive and energetic outlook on life and like to bring this to my clients.

I enjoy all forms of exercise and empathise readily with like-minded people so I can help you overcome whatever niggles and knocks you may pick up

I will give you an honest and qualified appraisal and work with you individually to achieve your own personal goal to recovery.

I have worked with professional athletes at Norwich City Football Club, elite athletes training for triathlons, and amateur athletes taking part in weekly ParkRuns.

Sports massage is equally beneficial for the elite and amateur athlete as well as for the physically active professional. We all have the same muscles and aspirations to get fit and stay active.

I also offer a range of holistic massage if you would prefer a relaxing treatment.

I accept cash and card payments.
