How to get prepared for "Fit roll/roll shaper"" massage or what to do to achieve maximum results?

No special preparation is required for this procedure.

The most important things are below:

1. To take care of comfortable, tight-fitting clothing made of soft material. Perfect for cotton sports leggings, t-shirts and socks.

2. Tie your hair with elastic hair band.

3. Have water with you. It is recommended to drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before the procedure. The same amount should be taken during the massage.

4. 1 - 2 hours before and 1 hour after the massage try not to eat.
