I have helped people to live from peace and joy for over 25 years through mentoring, counselling, acupuncture, journey work & ceremony. Since the 1990s, I have helped hundreds of people from all backgrounds to heal their bodies and find inner peace, through a combination of spiritual counselling and acupuncture. My own personal journey has very much deepened the work that I offer in recent years.

Helping people to feel vibrant, alive and comfortable in their bodies has always been the mainstay of my practice. I trained in Acupuncture in the 1990's and also spent over 10 years at the Nutri Centre in London advising supplements, herbs and nutrition to aid well being. Right alongside my acupuncture and healing practice for clients, my own private spiritual journey has consistently lit my heart. I have spent precious time in Asia chanting in ashrams and meditating, and have held groups in my home discussing the non dual teachings of A Course in Miracles. I was ordained as a One Spirit Minister in 2000. I have led many ceremonies and have held space for countless clients as they've dived deep into their pain and come out the other side. It is my complete joy to offer this. Nothing could have prepared me, nor taken me to greater depths of being than dealing with the shock of my own cancer diagnosis in 2019! It initially catapulted me into a blur of adrenalin fuelled processes, juicing, endless supplements, herbs treatments and therapies... I knew what to do right?....healing was what I did, except this time I was applying it to me! As for the conventional medicine I'd accepted, the tumours I had removed in a panic immediately grew back and the immunotherapy I'd reluctantly acquiesced to didn't work. After 6 months, I finally capitulated and admitted that, despite more than 2 decades in this field, my habitual way of thinking and working out problems hadn’t a clue how to heal this. Somewhere I knew that a force greater than my every day mind knew exactly what to do. The fear was immense! It seemed that I had no choice: either I dissolved into a mass of petrified dreams as I clung to what I thought should be happening in my idealised life, or I let go of my grip on how I thought my body and my future should look, let go of every concept I had as to who I thought I was, let go even of the desperate drive to survive, to be there for my family. In my terror, I thought it would be the end of me. To my complete surprise, Grace took over right where I let go of my control. I fell into indescribable boundless presence, pure light, a spacious peace beyond words. More than this, sweet whisperings of sanity started guiding me as to what to do next, who to see, along with the certainty that I could trust I was safe. No matter what happened to my body, I could rest in this indescribable boundless light, this peace beyond bodily identification where everything felt perfect. I could rest in love, in Source, in God. I knew without a doubt that this wisdom and love (whatever we choose to call it... and yes, I know that last word is loaded) is the core identity of all of us and how incredibly blessed I felt to be finally leaning into it. This deep inner peace, beyond anything I've experienced in this world, gave me strength and courage to meet my grievances and fears with love, to forgive and let go of age old traumas, and be guided as to what was next. The more I let go of any outcome, the more I learned to trust the inner voice that told me that all is well. It wasn't plain sailing. I had frequent times of doubt and tears, but I received some immense help along the way, met outstanding teachers and was supported with beautiful friendships, for which I’ll always be grateful. To mine and my consultant’s incredulity, the cancer entirely disappeared (despite his assurance that this would not be possible). Since this time, my spiritual practice has deepened immensely and as a result, my work with clients has also deepened. I continue to walk the path myself and feel hugely grateful to help others to courageously embrace their shadows, heal false limiting beliefs and let go of thoughts of unworthiness, guilt, blame and shame (which are always based on past misinterpretations). Only love remains when all that is untrue has been removed; that's our true identity. My greatest passion is to hold awareness of the light and innocence that is the deepest reality of another (whether or not they are aware of this), whilst layers of false thinking dissolves and heals. This work takes courage; it can take you to the depths of your darkness, but also can liberate you beyond your wildest dreams into peace and freedom. “Healing is taking responsibility for sight. It is making the choice for Love instead of fear.” ACIM 💗
How do we do that in the middle of a storm? To me, it means noticing fear, acknowledging it fully, and then choosing something different.
It means feeling the tightness in your body without buying into the stories your mind spins about it.
Even in crisis, we can practice this. When fear was strongest for me during cancer, I would imagine it floating away in a hot air balloon. Then I would force my mind to list everything I was grateful for. Over and over again.
A few seconds later, the fear would return. And I would repeat. It’s amazing how the persistence of fear weakens as we stop indulging it, and how we heal as we begin to tell another, less fearful tale.
It takes vigilance and dedication. Are you willing?

There are moments in life when the way we’ve been living simply stops working.

Sometimes it arrives as illness.
Sometimes as burnout.
Sometimes as the end of a relationship, or a deep tiredness we can’t explain.
And sometimes it’s just a quiet inner knowing that something isn’t right anymore.

We try to push through. We try to fix it. We tell ourselves to be stronger.
But there comes a point when effort no longer helps, and life seems to ask us to pause.

I’ve come to see these moments not as failures, but as invitations.
Invitations to slow down.
To listen.
To let go of who we thought we had to be.
To come home to ourselves.

This is the work I do with people.
I walk with those who are facing fear, uncertainty, or a life transition they didn’t choose.
People who feel like their old identity is falling away.
People who want clarity, peace, and truth when nothing makes sense anymore.
People who are ready to trust life again, even if they don’t yet know how.

Illness is one way life breaks us open.
Burnout, grief, divorce, leadership crisis, and deep questioning are others.
Different doorways, same invitation.

If you find yourself in one of those spaces right now, I want you to know you’re not alone.
Nothing has gone wrong.
Something deeper is trying to emerge.

Our bodies are not against us. Illness is not punishment or bad luck. It is a signal that the system has been under strain for a long time. Even when we don’t notice, the body is working hard to cope and adapt.
The shift happens when we stop seeing the body as failing and start supporting it instead. Small, consistent choices, patience, and understanding can change how we feel and heal.
Healing is not a battle. It is listening, caring, and giving the body the space it needs to recover and thrive.

Hello, hope you are having a wonderful summer.

I wanted to update you on some incredible healing methods apart from acupuncture, which I mostly discovered through my own journey with cancer.

By the way, my acupuncture practice is still open and you are very welcome to attend (as we move into late summer, it’s a very good time to boost your overall well being and energy. Even a couple of acupuncture sessions can make a huge difference to your well being through the colder months).

Some of you may not know, I had cancer in 2019. It rocked me to the core. I am a health professional, so I found myself in a mixture of shame, confusion and uncertainty. My mind dredged up all sorts of thoughts, mostly along the lines of, “it’s hardly an inspiring way to lead others into well being!”

Three years on, I am cancer free and more radiant and alive than ever. It feels unreal to even contemplate having cancer, as it’s so far from my experience now. It was not plain sailing. Alongside health interventions (acupuncture, supplements and numerous detoxing techniques… which I’m always happy to share), I also started to look deeply at my inner world. I uncovered layers of emotional pain that my body was carrying. This included massive fear, unresolved grief from childhood, feelings of unworthiness, anger, feeling a victim of circumstances, feeling stuck, blame, attack and guilt. The more I uncovered and healed, the more my body felt free.
To mine and my consultant’s shock, the cancer entirely disappeared within 8 months, despite my decline of most of the methods he offered.

One of the major healing methods I used along the way was Journey work. The Journey is a deep dive into whatever is blocking you from feeling free and joyful. It could show up as a fear of illness, it could be stress with your partner, it could be a feeling of a lack of purpose in life or feeling unloved or maybe an anxiety around certain people or situations. Whatever it is, The Journey is a powerful way to heal the root cause of emotional pain and step into knowing yourself as healed, whole and lovable.

I am an accredited Journey practitioner and would be delighted to hold space for you to heal. One session can be powerful and life changing! Sessions take 1.5 hours and can happen online or in person.

Ceremonies and celebrations with heart

I have offered ceremonies imbued with heart, passion, mystical connection and depth for over 20 years. The furthest I’ve travelled for a ceremony is Portugal and the nearest is the next village to where we live. All ceremonies are uniquely co- created for you. I have listed below some of the ceremonies I regularly offer. I would be delighted to chat with you to clarify what you envisage for your special occasion.

Weddings and Vow Renewals~ Many couples are now seeking spiritual weddings, hand fastings or simply personal ceremonies outside the restrictions of a particular denomination and as an alternative to civil weddings. The beauty of opting for a marriage ceremony led by an interfaith minister is that you can weave into the service your own spiritual understanding of life with blessings that are meaningful to you, in a place of your choice. Ceremonies are often held in stunning locations, in the countryside or by the sea. I work with you to understand what your coming together means to you, how you envisage your lives together, where you feel strong as a couple, what your spiritual beliefs are, if any and much more.

I always encourage couples to write their own vows, with guidance if they feel they'd like to, and work with what is sacred to you.

Funerals and Memorial Services~ Many families opt for an interfaith service because it’s a huge comfort to honour a loved one in a way that is supportive of the person’s traditions, beliefs and ideologies.
