Frankincense is excellent for meditation and healing. As you inhale you will feel yourself begin to breathe more slowly and more deeply and you will connect with your heart where true service comes from.

On the day of the healing make yourself comfortable, look at the image of Archangel URIEL in the picture below and then gently close your eyes. Cover yourself with a nice warm blanket so you can relax deeply. Verbally or silently call in Archangel URIEL and bathe yourself in his violet and gold rays. Ask in what ways you can serve yourself as well as others. If you have Frankincense or my Archangel URIEL spray deeply inhale the essential rays and notice how peaceful you become. It doesn't matter if you don't have the oil.

The Solstice is such a powerful time. An opportunity for clarity and for letting go of all that no longer serves us - an old pattern of behaviour or a difficult relationship/ situation perhaps. Let go of all that is holding you back so that you may awaken to your fullest potential. Meditate on the light and all the things that you are seeking to birth in the coming year .

I think so many people are feeling overwhelmed and lacking in energy at the moment due to the shorter days and making Christmas preparations as well as other issues. Archangel CASSAEL 💚 gives us great strength and energy and holds us in the light . Regardless of the challenges that we are facing Cassael can help us to persevere and overcome the obstacles before us. Archangel Cassael connects us with our inner strength and helps us to find the energy we need to persevere.

His oil is Peppermint 💚 and it's beneficial when you are going through difficult times to put a drop of essential oil of Peppermint on a tissue or cotton wool pad and keep it in your pocket . Inhale the peppermint to replenish energy and strengthen your resolve.

On the day of the healing please light a candle and sit or lay down comfortably . Cover yourself with a blanket to make yourself cosy and gently close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and as you breathe in draw in the strength of Archangel Cassael. If you are able to see colours the rays are green and blue. As you breathe out release your stress and worries. Then relax for as long as you need to in the strengthening rays of green and blue. After the healing please drink plenty of water.
