Hi Miranda- I just wanted to let you know that - as you so rightly predicted- my anxiety has now completely disappeared, my sleep has returned and things are now back to normal again at last - so much so that we celebrated with a trip to Florence last week! So having seen me in the depths of despair and unable to see a way out I just wanted to let you know the storm has passed and to thank you for your kindness and unfailingly positive approach which played a key part in my journey to healing 😊
