👁️✨ Looking after your eyes before there’s a problem ✨👁️

Most of us only think about booking an eye test when something changes but regular check-ups are one of the best ways to keep your eyes (and overall health) in good shape.

• Book regular eye tests. Even if your vision feels fine, your eyes can reveal signs of conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and glaucoma.
• Protect your eyes from UV rays with good-quality sunglasses.
• Give your eyes a rest from screens. Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
