⛰️ Supporting Our Dementia Unit Fundraiser 💙

One of our wonderful carers, Niesha, is taking on an amazing challenge to help raise money for our dementia unit.
Niesha will be completing a sponsored walk up Snowdon on Saturday 16th May to help us raise funds to purchase an interactive games table for our residents. ⛰️👏

Niesha won’t be doing it alone either, our fantastic deputies Tracy and Sasha will be taking on the challenge alongside her! 👏

We have sponsor sheets available at the home for anyone who would like to support them and contribute towards this wonderful cause. Every donation will help us bring something truly special to our dementia unit.

Something we often get asked is whether it’s possible to reserve a respite stay in advance – and the answer is yes!

A lot of families tell us it helps them feel more organised and reassured when planning ahead. And if you’re booking more than two months in advance, you can secure the stay with just a 25% deposit, which many people find makes things a little easier. 💛

🦆 Hunt the Duck Week! 🦆

From 19th January 2026 – 23rd January 2026, our team took part in Hunt the Duck Week, where ducks were cleverly hidden across the service for staff to find, along with their Value Cards!

It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, sharing laughs, and enjoying the challenge. The activity definitely helped take the edge off Blue Monday and brought some extra smiles to the workplace. 💙
