Our G&T is not just for arthritis!

A blended drink containing turmeric, ginger, pineapple, lemon, and black pepper can be beneficial for managing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and metabolic syndrome due to the following properties:

1. Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD)
• Turmeric (curcumin): Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help reduce liver fat and inflammation, supporting liver function.
• Black Pepper (piperine): Enhances curcumin absorption, increasing its efficacy.
