The Sauna Room will be opening this Saturday from 10-2pm.
Opening times will be confirmed and finalised over the coming weeks once we know demand. So please do let us know!

The Sauna will be opening this Saturday from 10-2pm. The price starts from £25 and depends on the length of time you would like. We will also do packages which will save you money. Times range depending on you, if you are a seasoned sauna user you may request up to an hour. You will have sole use of the sauna unless you would like to share with someone - there is enough space for 2- it’s cosy though 😅. Please bring your own towel and be honest in the consultation- infrared is suitable for most but not for all, certain physical health concerns are not recommended, or to use with caution. We don’t have a shower but we do have facilities to stay hydrated and to freshen up. It’s not recommended to shower straight away anyway but to allow yourself to naturally cool down.

This is a slightly different practice will run 30 mins of vinyasa style , 30 minutes of yin and 30 minutes of guided meditation (nidra) & sound healing.

There are a lot of pop ups happening this week and next! So without overwhelming you with a billion posts I’ll just do one.

Maybe it’s for you maybe it isn’t- maybe you’re curious….its all welcome. What we try and do at the studio is
1- foster community, allow like minded people to connect through various holistic modalities.
2- facilitate as many options as we can so you can find the right tools and the right people to support you in what you need.
We’re all just trying our best right? This life can be beautiful and painful and joyful and hard… what did that philosophical person say ‘it’s not waiting for the storm to pass it’s learning to dance in the rain’ or something like that.
3- eeeek there will be funded spaces in ALL OF OUR SESSIONS very soon. There are many barriers to accessing such things and we don’t want financial reasons to be one of them.

Anyway - I’m waffling on again.

This Friday 28th November CuatroSoles is holding her very first healing circle. 7-8pm

This Sunday 29th November I am holding a ‘rest practice’ which is completely free - I have 2 spaces left for this (I just ask for you to fill out a short feedback form at the end anonymously) 3:30-5pm

Wednesday 3rd Hanna Holt is holding her high on love 6-7:30pm

Friday 5th Evolve Men’s work has his men’s circle 7-8pm

Saturday 6th Yas & Jamie are back with conscious connected breath work. 11-1pm

2-4pm Anya our very knowledgeable herbal medicine practitioner is holding a ‘wellness through winter’ where you can explore natural remedies for common seasonal illnesses and take away your own made herbal medicine.

Little Winter Warmer?
