BODY CONTROL PILATES MAT WORK CLASSES My passion is teaching Pilates in a way that inspires people to find good movement patterns, helping them achieve better body awareness, better alignment and posture, and free themselves from pain. I love creating new challenges each week for my clients, and making sessions fun but also making sure they work hard. I also offer Advanced Core Restore Exercise Programmes for Post Natal Clients, Deep Tissue and Sports massages, Pregnancy massages, and Applied Kinesiology.
