Gosh, December was a month. Navigating a lot of sickness, anxiety, sadness and loss in the family I had to take some time away from social media as I didn't have the capacity for it. Safe to say I didn't bounce forward.

Being with my family over Christmas was wonderful. I recharged and got my mind clear on a few things I want to do moving into the new year with my teaching.

I am praying we all have a year full of abundance, good health, joy and lots of love.
