Some stimulate it.

That’s why the same breathwork practice can feel amazing for one person… and overwhelming for another.

Prenatal - working with any mobility issues, birth preparation, aches and pains, birth visualisations, yoga nidra and if you simply just want to do something for you each week.

Postnatal recovery - special interest in pelvic floor health, diastasis recti recovery and c section recovery. But just as passionate about simply nurturing the mother. I can hold baby whilst you enjoy a juicy Viparita Karani or Savasana.

First picture was day 8 of my daughter’s life and the very first time I held her. Second picture is the life we didn’t think we would have the day she was born almost a year ago. We are so so grateful to everyone who cared for her and us ❤️

My husband is running the GBR HALF MARATHON and I am running a 10k for NICU to give back for how they changed our lives!

Opening the heart, softening the breath 💚

In yoga, heart openers connect to the energy of the heart centre (( the Anahata chakra )) which is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance. Expanding the chest isn’t just about flexibility; it’s about creating space to breathe, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes the most powerful stretch is simply allowing the heart to open (which I find very challenging?!) . ✨🫶🏻

Back to Basics Vinyasa — Coming This April 7th 2026 ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be offering a brand new **Back to Basics Vinyasa** class starting in April!

This class will follow (more or less) the *same sequence each week.* In a world where it’s so easy to chase what’s new, I’ve been feeling called back to what’s steady and foundational. There is so much value in repetition, in moving through the same postures again and again and noticing what changes.

When we practice the same sequence consistently, we get the chance to:
• build real strength
• refine alignment
• deepen our breath
• track our growth
• and feel how differently our bodies and minds show up week to week

Some weeks a posture feels spacious. Other weeks it feels heavy. That awareness? That’s the practice.

Instead of constantly learning something new, we’ll learn ourselves more deeply. We’ll get stronger. More grounded. More connected. Together.

If you’ve been wanting to build confidence in your vinyasa practice or reconnect with the foundations, this class is for you. I can’t wait to grow with you 🤍
