I work using a wide range of counselling approaches to provide integrative, client-led, bespoke therapy. I pride myself on understanding you as an individual and constructing personal, tailor made therapy just for you. I a

m a Fellow of both the National Counselling Society and the National Hypnotherapy Society. As such I am bound by their strict code of ethics and complaints procedures and am eligible to be on their Accredited Register. I am an Approved Therapist for both Anxiety UK and the Police Fi****ms Officers Association.
