There’s something about being by the sea that always leads me back to crystals… even on holiday 🤍✨

We found these beautiful pieces of Somerset alabaster along the shore at Blue Anchor, shaped by time, tide, and the quiet rhythm of nature. Alabaster is a soft, gentle stone—formed from gypsum—and has been used for centuries in carvings, sculptures, and sacred spaces because of its smooth texture and subtle glow.

Energetically, alabaster carries a calming, cleansing vibration. It’s known to help clear mental clutter, ease overwhelm, and support emotional release—like a soft exhale for the soul. A stone of stillness, clarity, and quiet strength 🌿

Since bringing these pieces home, we’ve started experimenting with polishing and carving them ourselves… definitely a mix of trial and error, learning as we go, but there’s something so special about working with a stone you’ve found with your own hands.

Proof that you don’t switch off from what you love… you just find new ways to connect with it 💫
