Since joining us in February 2024, Lisa Collins has quickly become a cornerstone of our Carmarthenshire team. With extensive care experience and a genuine passion for supporting others, she has expertly balanced the demands of leading diverse care services while nurturing a culture grounded in compassion and professionalism.

Under Lisa’s guidance, we’ve reached significant milestones, including the safe and sustainable expansion of our home care services. From working closely with the local authority and NHS to supporting private service users, she consistently ensures that our operations run to the highest standard.

Her ability to truly listen, adapt, and respond to each person’s needs means our private home care users receive the personalised, attentive support they deserve.

We’re also incredibly proud to share that Lisa was awarded Manager of the Year at the Carmarthenshire Care Awards in December 2024 — a well-deserved recognition of her dedication and leadership.
