I have two spaces available on both Tuesday evenings between 7pm and 8pm for mixed ability yoga and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm for intermediate yoga with previous experience required 🧘🧘🧘

My studio is on the outskirts of Welshpool in a peaceful setting. My classes commence with a thorough warm up leading onto vinyasa flow to increase energy and heat with breathwork techniques for relaxation finishing with Savasana😌

In my yoga classes we practice various styles of yoga combining physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation or meditation.

Yoga improves strength, balance and stability both in my mind and body.

I have a couple of spaces available on Wednesday evenings at my studio. The Intermediate class is from 5.45pm to 6.45pm and beginners class 7pm to 8pm. Please message me for more information if you are interested in starting yoga classes this New Year. 😊

Anyone interested in beginners yoga ? I have two spaces available on a Wednesday night between 7pm and 8pm. The class will start with warm up stretches and then progress to learning yoga poses with relaxation to end the class.

Classes are £10 a session and are based at Llanerchydol in a private studio.

Yoga classes are a safe and effective way to enhance physical health and well being.

Come and join me at my peaceful private studio where you can safely practice yoga in a lovely calm and personal setting.

I have some spaces available on Wednesday evenings between 5.45pm and 6.45pm for intermediates and 7pm to 8pm for beginners.
